BUBBLE-BLOWING FOUNTAIN, architectural sculpture to be placed in an urban area, Warsaw 2004

Public and private place. You can sit there and just stare - being inside the microcosmos. Bubbles create the fragile inner space contrasting towards the outer glass sphere which is solid and phisical: When it fell on the Earth, it made a crater. Under this crater the bubble-blowing machine is hidden. It produces big bubbles; bubbles are playful but in the same time abstract and universal.

Materials: glass, marble, aluminium; bubble-blowing machine hidden under the fountain’s crater. Height: 7m
